I got my mini from a rescue 18 years ago I’d definitely look at the rescue charities they have loads looking for companion homes

DD, Copper 11.2 in West Yorkshire companion only as history not known, might be worth a look. Don't recognise the dealer, I don't think.

I think I know of the dealer. Never heard anything bad about her, but she would definitely be at the lower end of the market.
