Gypsy cob height

Hi just recently got a gypsy cob was 2 in June and just recently been gelded he’s standing at 12.2hh and 12.3 and a bit on the bum does anyone know what height he will reach please I’m hoping to get at least 13.2-14hh how much growing will he do in the next year thanks

between 13 and 13.2hh at a guess. Sometimes they grow and grow so you might get way more. Mine was 13.3hh at that age and made 14.1hh, just, at 6, so some just dont really grow on.

Generally I reckon on about 1 hand growth from 2, but it’s not an exact science so you may get more or less

My cob was 12.3hh at 2. She is 4 now and only 13.1hh. She is 2 inches higher at her bum and so downhill, but alas, the front just doesn’t want to catch up!

oh shes teeny! I thought she was bigger than that! She might level up. I had a 6yr old, when worked correctly, suddenly have the front end come up 2 inches.
