I would like to say a big thankyou to H+H for providing informative information on behind the scenes issues that we would not get to know about that affect all horse owners with regards to choosing a vet, current issues i.e feature in H+H this week concerning an Ex BE Vet.
These reports will assist everyone when deciding which vet practice to register with.

not sure what this means, as far as I can see there is not info on who was in the right, its more about th legal fees that vet is going to have to pay?

Some one is getting their facts wrong mysterious stranger. and if you decide to lead this thread down a path that involves slagging off the vet in question tread carefully because otherwise i shall have no compunction what so ever about asking admin to move this thread.

Odd, isn't it, the people who join JUST to post a potentially contentious thread! The vet in question is not in my area but this story would not influence me against her at all - knowing her excellent reputation and high level of equine experience!

Will the OP still be around to apologise for the implication contained in the post when the case is finally settled??

Is this the appeal? Im sure I read that this case had been won by the vet previously.
