I am a "fan" of H&H on Facebook, and frequently whoever is in charge of their Facebook page, makes status updates "highlighting" horses for sale on the H&H website, often including a comment on the price (for example "wow, you need deep pockets for this one" and "looks to be sensibly priced" etc). These posts mean that anyone who is a fan of H&H on Facebook, can also comment on them - hence a bunch of random people offering their opinions on the horse/its price etc. Sometimes there are just nice comments, at other times there will be people slating the sellers for the high price, that they don't like the look of the horse etc.
Does H&H contact the sellers to get permission to post these adverts?
I have to say that if I had paid good money to advertise my horse with H&H, I would NOT want it to appear on one of these links for everyone to comment. Not all publicity is good publicity, and this allows for all sorts of uncontrolled slander (all it takes is a "fan" spotting a horse for sale that belongs to a person they don't like, and we'd be off...) as everyone can comment - all under the name of H&H...
