I text for a ring tone from h & h and received a text back to say my order was being dealt with but this way 10 days ago and havent heard anything since. Does anyone know what i need to do next ?
Ordered one in august for my old phone, never arrived. Tried again in September with my new phone, never arrived
Gave up, cr*p service, disappointed H&H are supporting their advertising, but not really surprised since it seems they will take anybody's advertising money....
So sorry to hear you've both encountered problems, I have sent you both emails requesting your details which I'll forward onto the service provider and hopefully get it all sorted for you!

I'm still waiting as well and have telephoned them twice!! Are they legitimate or are we being taken for a 'ride'. IF my account is charged I shall certainly look to H&H to refund!!
If anyone else encounters ring tone problems, please email me directly with your mobile phone number, make of phone, what tune you ordered and whether it was a poly or mono tune. I can then forward it onto our service provider who will sort any problems out for you.
