Legally absolutely nothing to do with Horse and Hound - Becareful as usual.

I had some great swaps.
Then somone stole a turnout rug and didnt pay. Humph! some people!

Its YOUR own responsibility - but a flipping great idea!

I agree with Happyhunter, I had some fantastic swaps then a very selfish girl got a turnout rug and refused to pay.

If there is sometimes a problem with people not seeing things through - what about having to pay a sum into admins PayPal? Or at least now that you will be blocked off the site if you effectively steal an item.

We only had one issue with someone not paying where they said that they had sent money, but it hadn't been received. I think all transactions should be done in a safe way, so by paypal if that is an option or by postal order (but with proof of postage)

It is there to be used guys, I think one of the main reason it closed last time is due to lack of posts
