I have one, and it's great (apart from when it falls out the wheel barrow and you have a giant sausage to try and lift

), although it's starting to sprout a few leaks and they're ridiculousy expensive for what they actually are!

So does anyone know of where they can be purchased for less than £10, or of a cheaper alternative?

I can't help you there, but agree they're a great idea. Did yours come with a sheet of that grippy stuff to try & prevent it falling out?

I saw them at Burghley for £10, but can't remember where. Try ebay?

Hi, I had three of these during the summer, they all sprung various leaks despite being very careful with them, the plastic seems to be too hard so any slight fold or crease they crack and leak, I have since managed to get OH to take me a water tank on a trailer out to the field, I told him how much to H2go bags were costing him!!!!!!!!!!!

I have one in the boot of the car, I fill it in situ at home with the hosepipe then drive to the stable and siphon off the water in to a dustbin, its the most useful thing I have ever bought!

Keeping it in the car means it doesnt go through the wear and tear that it does when being moved in a wheelbarrow

Sorry no help on where to buy cheap ones, but I thought I was the only one who found they fell out of the wheelbarrow when tipping the water into the bucket!!!!!!!! Nice to know it isn't just me being inept!!!!!!!

A agree with the plastic being a little hard and mine has a few holes in it from various creases, however it's not yet causing any problems, they're pin prick sized.
The amount of time and effort it saves me is worth it IMO, I can get the boys water done in one trip a day rather than lugging 4 water containers down there for the equivalent amount of water!

I've found them for around the £10 mark on the internet, however I don't imagine they cost more than 10p to make, I just hope the price starts to drop, it's a brilliant idea, however for what you're getting it's ridiculously overpriced!

(I have got the slip-proof matt, although on odd occasions it's been missing or forgotten!)
