i took on a lovley welsh mare that was brough as a first pony/lead rein but bucked when anyone got on her.
have had back/teeth/saddle ect checked but issue still there, shee is perfect on the ground its just when you get on.
last week i decided that to give her some variation in her re-education i would long rein her & she was voice responsive in the roller (Hmm?? i wondered) so nipped home & got SWA's harness.
at 610pm i put full single harness on her & she looked very happy & "in her job" & at 715 we had trudged round the feild with a tyre & was trotting up the village.
it looks as though she has been taught to drive but never ridden, then sold through a dealer as a childs pony she is such a babe in the trap, its just a shame there is 4" between her & SWA in height & the speed issue.
