Unforunatley yes

The mini is called Thumbelina. She is a dwarf miniature horse. A very contraversial subject amongst miniature owners.

It is for real- can't remember what the big horse is called, the tiny one is Thumbelina. She's the smallest horse in the world, I think it's really sad, she's carted around the world like some kind of exhibit. I've seen videos of her stuck in a small pen, being poked and petted by children. She was so unhappy, ears back and even kicking out. The children were laughing and just provoked her more

She does look deformed - poor wee thing. but I agree something looks odd with the photo, though cant quite pick out what.

She is deformed, she has a type of dwarfism, like you find in people giving the short limbs etc.
