Hacked off by adverts at side

Am I the only one who can't concentrate on the forum due to the flicking ads or videos being played (not to mention burning up my data when I don't want to ever buy the product - not all parts of GB have broadband you know despite Mr Cameron's claims!) by the ruddy ads to the right hand side? There should be a way to freeze them. They really put me off coming on here any more.

I'm to thick to know this........I know I use Chrome......but AdBlock.....new one on me....will investigate this......probably end up even more confused!!!!!!!!!!

AdBlock is fab. It even tells you how many ads it is blocking.

I prefer uBlock to AdBlock but both have the same function .

I can't get ad block at work so have to put up with them. Spent the last 3 days with Pikeur flashing down the side, just bought some Pikeur socks and a couple of tops, I'm not impressed with them....
