Hacking on the IOW

I'm taking my horse to the IOW for a long week-end from 30th June. OH is playing cricket Saturday - Monday. I wondered if any HHOers on IOW would join me for a hack on one of those afternoons and show me some of the wonderful rides over the downs.

We're staying at a place just south of Godshill but I could trailer to other places around the island. Matches are Porchfield,Northwood and Brading and I have to drop OH off for the afternoon anyway.

Northwood and Porchfield are not good areas for hacking.

Brading is great.

I am not on the IOW anymore but know it like the back of my hand and it is still 'home'

If you do not get any replies PM me and I can tell you of some good rides in nearby areas.

Of course you could always let OH take the vehicle as rides from Godshill are some of the best.
 
Sorry, no help, however I hope you have a lovely time-I LOVE the IOW, spent alot of time there as a child and would love to go back!
