Looks as if there are some good circular routes including lanes and bridleways from Ropsley, at least a dozen loops I can see on an OS map, each up to about 10 miles long. Looks a good area for hacking, although I'm not familiar with this part of Lincs myself. Good luck with your move- and get yourself an OS map so you can plan your exploring!
