A group of us from the yard went on a pleasure ride near Thetford. Marnie was great - I changed her feed about 3 weeks ago to a higher energy feed and she was much more like herself, I never thought it would be nice to feel her pulling so much again
She seemed to forget that there was a pace between walk and canter, every time we went to trot, she was so up together that she went straight into canter!
Had a pretty bad journey home though, the Pajero started overheating (only about 4 months since I had a new cylinder head), I managed to nurse it home, and it didn't appear to have any water at all in it. I checked it last week, but the radiator is a bit strange, and takes a while to fill so I am just hoping that I thought that it was full and it wasn't - rather than it losing all the water today! We have filled it right up now, and will just have to see how it goes over the next day or so. At least we got home safely though!
