& OMG - the cracks out of my Mares neck were unreal - also she has alot of tension in 2 different areas & as soon as they were massaged it was if she sighed & said that feels so much better... infact she enjoyed the massage so much she fell asleep! She is quite stiff on the right rein & Chiropracter reckons after session today & massaging daily for the next wk I should start to see a difference in about 10 days or so... Same cost as me going to the doctor so not too bad..
Would be interested to hear if anyone here has noticed a difference even after one session?

Mmmm, interesting ....... but may I offer a piece of advice???

Now you've spent money and had your horse done, now's the time for YOU to get yourself "done". Often if there's stiffness/issues in the horse, then its been translated down from the rider. Frequently poor posture and/or stiffness caused by misalignment or crookedness can impact negatively in ridden work.

I didn't know I was crooked until I had McTimoney (my lady does horse AND rider) - and so this is why I recommend you get yourself done now. Sorry, more money!!! But deffo worthwhile in the long-run.

mine are done regularly and I notice the difference if I miss a visit. Echo the other comments about getting yourself done. I collapsed badly on one hip and lost my stirrup on that side. One session and I was back upright and never lost the stirrup again.

I have however learnt with chiropractic that just because one session is good two sessions are not better. I allow a long time between sessions for myself
