Time flies.
Over the past year, she has grown a bit, been to 3 parties, won some frillies, grown a bit more, moved yards, been introduced to traffic, seen her beloved old friend depart us for the stable in the sky, met an elderly new male field friend and grown a bit more!
She arrived newly weaned, 6 months old and standing at 10hh and half an inch, now she is 12.1hh, and looks like a proper pony. At one of our parties, the judge told me she didn't think filly features was going to grow any more than another inch, whether she meant it, or meant hand I don't know, but with another 3 years of growing to do (approx), I still hope she will get upto and maybe over 13hh??

I would have posted pictures, but numpty brain here forgot the camera, and its a rubbish damp day, but promise I will do soon.

Aww,i had my filly a yr last month, also from a weened 6 mth old.she was 12.3 when i got her,now 14.3 at nearly 20 mths.im hoping she stops growing at 16.2! Its so nice seeing how they change each month.

fab news, sounds like you're really getting on well, I'd imagine she'll easily make the 13hh mark if at 18 months she's already 12.1! my homebred warmblood boy grew 1 1/2 hands from 12 months to 27 months, he's already 16.1! My cob (same age) grew almost 1 hand from 12 to 26 months.

Thankyou, got my fingers firmly crossed for a nice PC pony at the end of the day. My ideal dream would be, that the local PC/RC members would be queuing up to have on her loan for their activities. I don't know if I'll ever be able to sell her, as sold only one in 31 years, and even then I got that pony back!!
On the other hand, my daughter can't wait to be 10, then I promised her she can ride her!!
