Well i wasnt sure if i believed in this healing / communication malarky but now i do.

It was amazing and worth it if anyone is having a problem with their horse that they cant put there finger on.

A lot of the things she said i knew already like Willow doesnt like children or teenagers (haha!!) but it was still good, i also had my eyes opened to a few things i hadnt realised...like the fact she has tummy ache or some kind of tummy upset - i thought she was just being a moody mare but her sides are actually quite tender bless her.

I recommend isobel to anyone who's horse has a bit of a question mark above them or if theres something not quite right with them. She's a lovely lady and has converted me into a touchy feely horsey person (ok not quite but i have new found respect for it now!) XX

this is her website.

there was lots she said wasnt going to paste it all as thought people might find it boring! but this is some of my notes...

W says she's expensive (this mad eme laugh as she was cheap as chips, but i when shes being a bratt and im despairing with her i often say to her you cost me a lot of money please stop being such a moose!!)

willow has a very upset tummy, possibly caused by how hyper / what a nutter she is, almost like having an acidy stomach in people (could be caused by her wormer)
this is causing her to be very very tense in her muscles.
she would like me to massage her sometimes.

she said thank you for having me (twice, bless her!) and that she likes being with me as we have lots of fun together

wild geese and ducks (at my old yard)

she could see sheep on hills and pine trees ?! dunno wot all thats about!

she doesnt like children or teenagers (hahahahahaha )

shes flirty and squeels and stamps her feet at the boys (very true)

likes to gallop. with the hills that we gallop on.

she remembered a dark haired lady who was kind but too busy and was allways so busy and rushing around. she was sad to let Willow go but happy that i got her (her previous owner!)

she walked over to byryony and nudged her and isobel said she was saying she was soft

she liked playing the games with drum and me&byrony (we did some gymkhana in the school in november)

she has lots of hormones and some days it would just be best to leave her alone !

I have lopts of ideas and plans for us and she is excited about them, she said she can see me thinking of plans for us to do

when i ride i have a lot of pressure in my legs

she likes to roll but springs up very quick

shes argumentative sometimes and when we row sometimes its her fault but sometimes its mine too and we are just as bad as each other

we have lots of fun and lots of fast stuff and XC she loves this most

we have tried lots of bits (got through about 6 in the year)

she doesnt like too bright sunshine it hurts her head

9 months ago something happened by an electric fence, she got hurt and panicked (i am going to check my diary but i am pretty sure this is when she was in the field, rolled and got her leg stuck in her rug, she was right next to the electric fence, it was rouglhy 9 or 10 moinths ago i think)

shew doesnt always like attention

she remebers being in a line and doing lots of circles and the kids that rode her fell off cos she was so fast (was in a riding school)

shes had teeth problems. and her roots are very deep.

something significant happened 5 and 7 years ago)

ive changed her saddle and its flat and better altho it looks like it would be too big for her but its ok

her feet have changed shape, the old farrier was cutting them back to short and the new one was doing them better and they had changed shape (very true)

she likes drum very much. they both said the were together when a big white lorry/van went past and they had to pull over on the road to let it past and there was flashing lights

back left leg (this is where her cut was, but isobel couldnt see this as it was deep in her bed, also this is the leg she got stuck in her rug and hurt it)

she hasnt had any foals

her daddy was very dark maybe black, he was smaller than wills

prefers to go out on her own for a while or to go out first. there is a big dark horse that is sometimes horrible to her (true) and a little dark she likes (true) and a coloured with a dark head that i reaally like and spend a lot of time fussing (not sure who that is unless they mean my YO's horse)

erm thinks thats about it. oh hang on forgot the best bit......

Isobel said "ahem, your weight has changed " i said "yes" hmm she said willow says "Yesssss" too !! i laughed and said yes i have put on weight. willow sed it makes me ride different but its ok.

overall she said twice thank you for buying me and that she has a lovely life and doesnt work too hard, there is nothing she was unhappy about and nothing she wants to change.

she doesnt complain and even if she was in lots of pain she would just manage. shes a tough cookie and i shouldnt worry so much.

Drum& wills both said the were together when a big white lorry/van went past and they had to pull over on the road to let it past and there was flashing lights - we werent sure on the day what isobel meant but the next day we realised we think this was when we were hacking and our friend broke her leg and the ambulance came

yes true, i myself was very sceptical indeed and tried very hard not to give anything away at all .... i was half expecting something along the lines of "youve had her since a child etc" as a lot of people think ive had her since i was young as she is only 13.1 but no none of that. TBH there were too many accurate things said for me to think it was a fluke. i hid all my boots etc from the stable so it wasnt obvious i am XC'er rather than dressager for example. and she said straight away that she was bargy and strong - which you wouldnt have known as she was totally zonked bless her i had to wake her up to put a headcollar on

Is she based in Scotland or has she relocated? Did she come to do a few at the same yard?
Sorry to hijack the post but is this the same lady that we were all talking about last year or is that another one? I know a lot of people off HHO contacted one and she was very very booked up and busy. Just wondered if it is the same lady.

yes but she travels. she came to kent to do 3 fully booked days (fri sat and sun) all of us are on a local internet forum so arranged it between ourselves by area os as many as possible could get booked in. she is very busy you have too book early (we booked in oct/nov) she is back in kent in april

I've had her to my mare too, and she was spooky, so accurate. I've had my pony since she was weaned and know almost everything about her, Isobel gave time frames for events that were spot on. She even knew w hen I had been pregnant and that I had two other ponies although she only met the one. Worth a visit if there's something you'd like to know.
