Hadrian wormers - anyone had a bad experience?

I ordered wormers from this website well over a week ago but nothing ever turned up. I emailed the company asking where the wormers were because it is suppose to be next day delivery and was told they were sent 1st class last Monday.
After still not receiving the wormers days later and emailing the company several times I have had no response whatsoever. I then phone the company and the lady I speak with is somewhat rude, saying it's my problem not the companies and I need to chase it up with royal mail. I can't say I'm overly impressed with this company from the experience I've had! I'm still down £20 odd quid, with no wormers and just either ignored or spoken to rudely!!
 
I will never use them again after my wormers got delivered and my credit card details - sent via there supposedly "secure" site - were written on there in hand and then scribbled out.

E mailed them several times and got no reply whatsoever. I logged it with Barclaycard as felt they should know.
 
Hello, i have used Hadrian for years and havent had any experiences like yours. When I've required assistance, they have always been at the end of the phone. Only once did they appear harrassed but it WAS a Friday afternoon AND i received my wormers on the Monday. I get the impression they are a small personal company simply because i speak to the same people each time, but certainly professional in their business. Think I, too, would be inclined to point the finger at Royal Mail on this occasion. Better luck next time!
 
They are a small company- daughter and dad run it and daughter also has a second equine business so will be busy, I haven't used them but going by the service that I've had from royal fail recently, I'd be inclined to blame them too :)
 
I use them all the time and have no issues...but I agree, they shouldn't treat you badly, and if they are too busy to deal with you,vote with your feet, or diss them on the internet...lol.x
 
Used them quite a few times and never had anything but fast and accurate service from them. ALL businesses slip up occasionally, but their follow-up service is important too.
 
Blame Royal Mail for the wormers going missing perhaps, but they are hardly to blame for rudeness and bad customer service from another company are they :confused:

How did you pay OP? Is there any way you can reclaim the money?
