Hair loss on dock

No idea if this is the right forum to put thread on but here goes. A couple of weeks ago my poor horse had a bit of accident in her trailer when her back travel boot slipped under her foot and she stumbled. She's totally fine except for a few days later I noticed her tail was really scabby and the hair has now fallen out (think she was trying to balance). So my question is, does anyone know of a good product to promote hair growth as everyone keeps commenting on her poor tail and I don't want her to get a complex Thanks in advance.

Don't waste your money - just bide your time and let it grow back. ;-)

I use Mega Tek from horse health for ours. I know a lot of people recommend cornucrescine, but I found this pretty messy to use on hooves let alone elsewhere.
