Hair re growth

I've just bought a horse that has had severe sun burn in the past. He doesn't have a lot of hair on his nose. At the time I thought it was just a case of keeping the skin supple and the hair would come through. I'm now starting to worry that actually the bald parts are scar tissue. Any recommendations for a cream that promotes hair growth? Or has anyone had experience if this? I've read dubious reports on camrosa. Thanks.

I've used it on a wound that was not healing and that was threatening to scar and there isnt a mark there now, no white hair, no raised skin nothing

Give a cream called Cetream a try. My boy was literally bald on his face from a bad bout of sweet itch that turned awful overnight. The cream was amazing, the hair grew back completely in 2 weeks! I've since used it for any scrapes, mud fever etc and it's great. You can buy it online for about £6.

I had a horse that came with ringworm marks, infection had gone but he had been fully clipped and the areas were bald. They didn't grow back over until change of coat, as winter coat came in they disappeared. I was convinced they were there for good so don't panic!
