Half chaps - Ariat

I am totally hacked off with Tredstep. Biggest mistake buying some as they have not lasted and the zips are dreadful. I used to have Ariat and they lasted 4 years so going back again.

Does anyone have the concord? Any good?

Am I better off getting the close contacts? I do not like the classic as they are not dressage cut enough for me! I am very fussy!

Personally I don't like the Concord. They feel a bit cheap and flimsy.

I love the Close Contacts and have them in all 3 colours (black, waxed choc and oiled choc)!!

Ive got the concorde, they are lovely but not hugely dr. cut. My only whinge is I have skinny ankles, and these do drown them a bit!! BUT they looks smart and are very comfy, so not too much of an issue

I have the close contacts for competitions and they are a couple of years old now and still going strong. Would recommend them.

Between the knee and ankle I am really short in the leg so I like dressage cut to make them look longer!! I love the look of my Tredsteps but I am so peed off about the zips. They are only about 5 months old and well looked after.

Anyone tried the classic 3 as that looks longer?

Wow im surprised about the Tredsteps.... ive had mine for years and theyre still good as new
