Half Price Horse Rugs

Oops........spent far too much money on really cheap horse rugs from Mole Valley Farmers (I blame H&H for the ad in this week's magazine)....how do I get them past the OH without him noticing? 6 rugs somewhat bulky when the delivery comes and it is not quite like hiding a bag of new clothes! I am sure some fo you must have the same problem.....he truly thinks I have a rug fetish!

I get all mine shipped to my husband's work address - so the poor lad has to come home staggering under the weight of the boxes. Why hide it? Just announce airily "Well I knew I'd be needing them and with interest rates the way they are the moment I might as well buy them cheap now rather than leaving the money in the bank in the hope of getting 0.3% interest. *pause for effect* I know, I know, another sound financial move I've made"

Mmmm.not sure he would buy that one....suspect your OH is more supportive. I probably did not really need all 6 (well 10 as 2 were combi packs) but they were such good value. Thanks for the suggestion though!
 
Hey Slinkyunicorn that is what I will say.... your idea is brilliant because they do rug cleaning too and so long as I get box from house to tackroom unpoened the job is on! ...mmm must hide Credit Card statement when it arrives. Thanks
