Halloween Costume Idea(s)!

Okay so at my yard every year we have something for Halloween. And i have two horses a Coloured Cob and a Bay welsh D Coloured being 26yrs and the Welsh being 7. I also look after a little little pony i would say he's 12.0hh max? So i need a costume of my bay mare and the little bay pony and matching for me. I was thinking because I'm 3/4 french i would do a french theme so my mare would be sprayed with hair spray Blue, White & Red. I would wear a beret and be very stereotype and where and blue and white striped shirt, any ideas for the little pony or any better ideas than my french theme? :D Thanks guys! :)
 
why not get a skeleton costume for you and use kids white face paint or chalk or similar and paint skeletons on the bays? I saw someone turn a bay into a zebra once with white paint and it looked amazing!!
More halloweeny than French theme.
 
Im so bad at drawing i think both horses would look like idiots! I know my French Theme is not halloweeny but the person who organized it said it could be anything as long as it was not christmasy :D
