I don't know if I can follow Wimbles! But this year I'm going as a pirate and dressing Denzel up as the ship - going to paint a Jolly Roger on his bum and see if I can't fashion a stern and a bow out of either cardboard or a bedsheet.

Last time we dressed up (a very last minute effort!) he ate/chewed most of his costume so 0/10 for practicality but got a good giggle out of people. He was 'sick-note' as he'd just come off box rest! But with sturdier bandages would make a good mummy :p

Oooh ooh ooh, me and my friend literally just did this yesterday :)
The bits on her sheet are from an old corn field - the ends of the stalk with the roots attached and some actual bits of picked clean corn, and a Crow :)

I have a red(ish) horse, so obviously my last Halloween costume was to stick on a cape, carry a sword, and become the second horseman of the apocalypse... War. It was a very lazy, half-hearted effort at a costume though (to be fair, I needed to be able to hoon about wearing it, and pretty much the only canonical facts about war are the red horse, the sword and some form of cloak!).
