Pony was going to be painted as a skeleton for a show next week.

I had not bargained on him turning into a teddy bear soo soon, so that will not work :(

Any ideas?? It is a SJ class but they are encouraging fancy dress for a bit of fun.

Daughter will be riding, sponge bob sounds great, but I am not great with a needle and thread :(

She is wearing a black tootoo and a cat mask, I think that will be safest, bit he is also doing a bigger round later in the day with his ex owner :)
 
I remember my friend once did like a Zorro theme, with the pony and rider wearing a black cape and she had a mask on and a hat over her skull cap. I'll try and find a pic!
 
Or on the lines of touchstones comment a king size White sheet and make him ghost! Trim up and loosely stitch up up his neck to his ears? I remember years ago we made me horse an Xmas tree lol. We borrowed a green sweat rug and sowed tinsle, baubles and crackers all over it. Hung tinsle and bows from his neck and in his tale! Lol the good old days
 
oh haha I'm a massive lord of the rings geek so could give you a hundred different names for them!

they are also known as the Nazgul, in the films they are the creatures that wear black capes, you don't see their faces and they shriek...in the 1st film (fellowship of the ring) they are the ones that find Frodo etc on the weathertop and stab Frodo while he is wearing Bilbo's elven chainmail...told you I'm a geek haha :cool:
 
You'll tell me to go away soon coz I'm gonna spam up your thread with things I keep thinking off lol. Sticking with the black theme why you could paint his White blaze black and put White rings round his eyes, black bandagesmaybe some of that fake cobweb stuff in his mane and tail and carry a grim reaper sword thingy
 
I think with the little white socks he would look fab as a cat!

Could the rider not be done out a bit like a witch? Im sure it would be easy to make a pointy hat to go over you riding hat etc?
 
Would think shoe polish would be ok or better still a sheep marker crayon. Headless horse man? Just get a huge jumper and pad out the shoulders and cut eye holes and get a black cape. If you go for the red devil thing I dressed up as a devil for a night out last year and got some clip in hair grip horns out of ann summers
 
Doctors and nurses? Childs green doctor outfit with a bit of fake blood then make a nurses White head band thing for the pony and stick a red cross on each bum cheek of the pony and smear fake blood on his White bits
 
No she could be a horror vet instead of a horror doctor. Oh then make the pony her patient lol. Lots of fake blood one White bandage on a leg with some blood, back comb the mane and tail! God I can't wait to have kids so I can do this sort of thing lol
