Because I wanted to send in a letter. But does it matter?

The lady who owns it is a good friend of mine, and I used to work there. If you address the letter to the manager/owner I'm sure she will receive it. She does not have vast numbers of staff for a letter to be misplaced. Either her or her manager open the mail.
