is a little LED light on a keyring attachment that cost £3 from the petrol station, attached it to Henry this evening and it was great!

The only problem was it kept slipping under his chin, but tomorrow he will be wearing his walking harness so it will stay visible at all times

My other Top Purchase is a bell for his collar so I can hear as well as see him. Winter night walks - sorted

Two little jack russels at the yard today,had collars with flashing lights on. So they don't get lost in the dark. The bell is also a good idea.

Henry is mostly black, and has a tendency to wander, so I do like to know where he is

Although he did try to chase the flashing light at first, ended up in a field and nearly got squished by a pony coming to see what the flashy jingly thing in his paddock was

He got used to it very quickly though!

We did spook several ponies but I think of it as all being part of the bombproofing process

Haha, it is so dark out here, I wouldn't take any chances! Can't see your hand in front of your face and no streetlights for miles on either direction.

Not looking forward to training under floodlights for the next few months

They're on special offer at my local Morrisons petrol station at the moment, apparently they should be 6.99 but they are selling them for 2.99. I went back and got two more tonight for when Henry loses / breaks the first one
