We went to visit a really lovely yard called Hurstfield down in Surrey, but inside the M25 - it was absolutely perfect!!!! Really nice yard and YO, school, lunging arena, more turn out than Chloe has currently (and I went exploring in her field and my GOD it's like a water meadow - the grass was very long and very rich looking!)
it's just perfect - livery and lessons are cheaper down there, and the mid surrey PC is literally across the road - no need for transport
Our friends are moving there too from the yard we are both at atm, so all VERY good timing!!
And the best thing is, it's on the epsom downs, headley heath, walton heath.....hacking all year round......absolute BLISS
Was keeping it quiet until it was for 100%, but mum has rang the YO and told her that we would love to move down there, and has handed in our notice.
