I sold a lovely thorougbred a couple of months ago.
We had re schooled him and made him healthy and happy.

We were very fussy about the home he went to and even turned someone down as we didnt like the yard.

We thought we had found the right home.
We kept in touch and they sent pictures.

They called me Friday, they came round for a chat we went to their yard
(they live about 45 miles away) and without going in to detail, we are having him back.

I could have said its not my problem its your horse now but because we care and want the best for the horse we are going to take him back and find him a new home!

It is no fault of the horse and he is still a great horse.

I expect people think im mad but i want him to have a great home, i thought we had found one but we were wrong!

hopefully not, they have said he was ridden regularly.
He hunted the other week and was competing on the pony club show jumping team, its a strange situation but i want the best home for him.
