New horsey has his passport with them. Only there isn't a change of ownership form with the passport. The phone number I have doesn't work.... Does anyone have any info that would help me?

I phoned up and they just said to send it in to them with my details written on a seperate piece of paper.

Do you not need the previous owners siggy? (I only have experience of the New Forest change of ownership forms...)

Do you know their address?

just email them, I did last week. You write your name in the passport ad send them a cheque for 15 with your details and they enter it all in the database.
