Floss-boss has been ridden!
I had a willing helper and despite the poor gelding cantering around and calling for her
(he did settle down after a bit) she was led around the school with a rider. 
I'm so proud as she took it all in her stride. She had been slowly prepared for this, so I did expect it to go well, but I'm so thrilled that it was all fine.
PS. An actual human rider - not the cat.
