Happy Hacker definition - old post?

Hi, someone posted on here a while ago with a long definition of all the riding skills that happy hackers have to have, showing them to be very accomplished after all! If anyone can direct me to the post I'd really appreciate it - have searched but can't find it. Many thanks.
