Friend has a 16.2 suitable for hacking only (no jumping) and is looking for a loving, kind, permanent home for him. He used to be an eventer but now needs a quieter life.

Hiya, try project horses as people are always on there for horses with restrictions, also ad trader, local tack shops or any of the normal Horsemart/Horsequest etc.
