Hi,
I have posted this before but despite several intersted people they have all turned out to want to do more than hacking
My gorgeous 11 yr old, 17h ID x TB (snaffle mouthed) gelding is having to retire from eventing and dressage due to proximal susp. lig/hock injuty on his right hind. He is looking for a loving hacking home in the Warwickshire area. He's just come back to work after 6 weeks paddock rest once we discovered he'd gone lame again this season.
He's a really happy go lucky, easy horse. Cheeky but lovely and friendly, good to catch, shoe, clip, traffic, vet etc etc. Good with kids and leading from so maybe suit a mum, or otherwise just somebody who wants a safe hack!
I'm not in a desperate hurry but ideally he needs to be put out on loan and settled in by Christmas as I'm looking at unbroken 3 yr olds (... I know, I know) so will need to devote a lot of time to that I expect!!
Let me know if anyone is interested/has a friend who is looking!
