Happy Mouth bit

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew if this bit was dressage legal?

I am thinking of buying a bit like this, as Wings really likes my happy mouth pelham, even if I just use the snaffle rein, but obviously that isn't dressage legal. I think this bit would be the most like the pelham, which is also a straight bar?
