I bought myself a happy mouth Mullen bit. It has bumps on the bar but one side of the bar is straight and the other side with the bumps have a slightly more contoured affect but only SLIGHTLY.
This is my first time using any sort of Mullen or happy mouth
I'm a bit confused to which side of the bar should be facing the back of the horses mouth and which side should be facing the front of ou get my drift?? So I'm not 100% sure if I've got it on my bridle the right way round.
I have it on my bride at the moment and have the bumps and contoured affect at the back, so when placed in the horses mouth it would be faceing the back of his mouth, even tho once placed in his mouth it would lay flat-ish
If anyone has a clue what I mean can you please help me with this and tell me which is the right way round?
Thank you
