happy post - London livery

Given I have posted so many downbeat threads about the difficulty of finding a decent yard accessible from London, I thought it was time do a happier thread.

I thought I'd never find a decent yard, but thanks to many people on here offering support and suggestions I've found the perfect yard.

It's so nice to finally have somewhere that ticks all my boxes.... proper all year round turnout, big airy stables, good hacking, lovely y/o that takes amazing care of my horse and a great arena with a decent surface. Even better it's reasonably priced and easily accessible by public transport.

Thank you just goes to show that just because you haven't heard of a yard in a particular area it doesn't mean it's not there. The best places don't have to advertise

Epping (central line). None at the moment but will do once they build the four new stables in a few weeks. Will still be lovely and small though as even with new horses will only be 13 including y/o's 4) - good balance as plenty of people to hack with if you want but not enough to mean you have to share the school often!
