Hi all!
Back in December my horse had a tooth removed due to an infection and incredibly bad sinusitis (the vet said they actually couldn’t see anything on the CT scan as it was so clogged up). When he came home there was a fair bit of swelling around the incision site on his forehead but they assured this would settle down with time. Unfortunately due to reoccurring colic issues, he had keyhole surgery at the beginning of January and lost a whole lot of weight (600kg down to 420kg). The swelling on his forehead has never gone down and is fire to the touch and now he has a similar boney mass that has developed just next to the eye. I’ve got the vet coming out next week for jabs so will get them on the case but just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar?
Thank you !!

Anytime there is an injury there is a chance of bony growth it’s just the body overcompensating. Hopefully it’s not effecting anything x
