Hard lump in middle of 3YO stomach

Hi guys, I had this lump checked over by my vet around 6 weeks ago whilst my 3year old had his vaccinations and was informed to “not be concerned” - I have the vet revisiting Monday but was wondering what your thoughts are? Sarcoid?? It’s directly in the middle of his stomach, no tenderness at all. Hard to touch and has remained this colour. I have been applying thuja cream to no avail yet. Thank you

I'd be surprised if that's not a sarcoid, it looks like one and the ventral line is a very common place for them.
