what are they caused from? its just by her wither..appeared after I took saddle off earlier...not painful or anything...

Have you had your saddle checked lately obviously it doesn't fit, perhaps that's what's causing her to buck when your asking her to canter ....regarding your other post?

its a wintec cair saddle with wide fitting so should fit...its a new saddle first put on other day..she was bucking before this..

Ok but have you had this one checked to see if it fits properly, if it's caused a lump of any sort be it on along her spine, wither or down the sides, obviously it doesn't fit or perhaps one of your rugs is rubbing, have you got a new rug that could possibly of cause it?
Perhaps her other saddle didnt fit and therefore has caused this problem when cantering, could be a mixture of the two.
I think to be on the safe side, it's best of having her back checked, giving her a bit of time off, then having her saddle checked or re-fitted, I know it's an slow and expensive way round thing but I wouldn't be able to rest at night unless I ruled out the above, then it could be that she's that used to having a buck because she's experianced discomfort etc that she still does it, but at least then you can work on sorting it out and have peice of mind that it's something you can put right with correct schooling.

Why did it not surprise me when you said you had a Wintec CAIR saddle??? 
I've had two Wintec saddles in the past, one of which was so-called "professionally" fitted and still managed to give my horse a very sore back, and within the last six months my boy's bad was badly damaged by his livery yard plonking a Wintec on his back. I'm not anti-Wintec, before anyone shoots me down in flames!!!! BUT the problem with these adjustable saddles is that there is a tendency to think that "one fits all" and all one has to do is adjust it a bit here, tweak it a bit there, and hey presto it fits, when in reality its simply not the right shape for the horses back.
I'd be inclined to get a physio out PDQ to your horse to see what's going on, and then work in conjunction with them and a saddle fitter to find a solution. Oh and needless to say, ditch the Wintec!!
