My horse has 2 very hard lumps on the side of his jaw about the size of a 2 pence piece - I think I can feel a couple of small scabs so wondering if he has been bitten. He is happy & eating well. Pony in the same field has 2 small ones as well but they are the size of peas and have been there for a while. The lumps are very hard. Any ideas on what they could be appreciated??
