My good leather boots for going to shows are brick solid stiff. The leather is so hard/ stiff that i struggle to get my feet in them. Fit lovley when they're on apart from my toes pointing upwards. I cannot flex/ bend/ move the boots to loosen them off. I'm at my wits end!

Does anyone have good remedies/ suggestions to soften my boots?

I have tack softener/ conditioner Oakwood i think? Would that work?

Thanks.

Neatsfoot oil, or even just vegetable oil will do the job. Put a good layer all over and then wear them. The warmth of your legs will help to soften them.
