Hargate hill equestrian centre

My partners little sister goes there for lessons, I went to have a look round for livery a while back, but think its expensive for suich a busy yard, particularly when you factor in hay and bedding costs on DIY.

The people seem friendly though and the facilities are good. OHs sis likes the riding there and her parents seem impressed too. I would rather find livery elsewhere but OH liked it, so may end up there!

I know it well! I've never had lessons there, but know quite a few ex-liveries, and have been to a lot of shows there.

If you're after livery, then there are better yards in the area.
If you want riding lessons, then again there are better places to go

PM me if you've got any specific questions about the yard

If you mean Hargate Hill in Glossop I used to be on there years ago but for me, it's now too big. The facilities are good but a livery I know on there says she struggles to get in the schools because lessons?
All yards have pros and cons so it's down to individual choice at the end of the day

I'll PM you also

I had some lessons there last year and thought the horses, staff and facilities were all excellent although, if your talking about keeping a horse there then i would have a clue. I had an experienced private lesson on a huge grey horse and it was fantastic, could have easily taken that horse home with me, the instructress was very knowledgable and it was a fantastic lesson.
