Harry Hall Snow Boots?

Hi! This is the last time for a while I will ask a question involving mucker/snow boots hopefully xD.
Basiacally, would water resistant/repellent be ok for at the stables? What do you think of the Harry Hall Snow Boots (the tall ones!)?
P.S Had an injection @ schoool today - I fainted XD!
