hartpury 2 star

I did it in 06, nice 2* nothing scary at all, ground was pretty solid though. Houghton Hall 2* looked really nice from what I saw of it in 07.
 
Thanks elleJS l think houghton is a bit early for me l did the one star at hartpury '06 and loved it so would really love to do the 2 star,thanks for the advice and good luck this season!
 
Yes Hartpury is fun, its nice to have such nice facilities! A good choice I think! I just remembered, Blair Castle is a nice 2*, just along way away and hilly! Good Luck this season, your probably be at some of the same events as me as I see your located in Oxon!
 
If you can get a lift head to Blair, Hartpury just seems a bit hit and miss and the ground was terrible the year we did it. Might be a bit better now, but Blair wins hands down imo, but agreed its a long long way, great drive home if you have had a good time, but not so great when its not been so nice
 
Can also vouch for Blair, did it this year just gone.. can post some pics if you want??
Stables at Blair arn't quite like the Hartpury ones tho haha..
And as for the distance, you can always blag a lift up with someone else from your area.
