Floods are still quite bad up there (been up there the past week and back up tomorrow) but I bet they still run...
Only problem I can think of is one way getting to Hartpury is past the river so its probably flooded one way!
Levels are dropping all the time so fingers crossed

The ground there will be absolutely fine, if anything causes cancellation it will be the access.
At the moment you can't get to it via the usual route of getting off the M5 and going through Gloucester, and out on the A417 to Hartpury.
You can get to it the long way around though by coming off J2 of the M50 and up the A417 that way
