hello
i was just wondering if anyone else had struggled with the NFU horse insurence recently??? Everytime I ring I speak to the answer machine!!!!! The last tiem I had to claim people answered the phone and got back to you on th esame day!!! I have no probs with them at all and have been v happy with my policy but now i am starting to get a bit fed up!!!!

All experiences please

4 years ago I was with them and my claim was a right hassle, they split it into 3 smaller claims and it took literally months to sort out - all it was for was colic surgery!
 
i rang the local office who are going to chase it up for me and i tried to ring head office to complain and the answer phone told me they had an emergency situation so to try again another time!!!!
