has any one hunted in mac boots??

just a bit of a query really want to hunt bobby sometime.....(when I'm brave enough lol as me thinks he will be very excited and strong

) but he would need to wear his mac boots(on fronts ) to do this

has any one hunted using them

I haven't but know two people who do regularly with no problems

the one thing that puts me off a bit is dont/wont the horses get a lot of rubbing from the boots ??

The two people I know hunt all day with no problems even in heavy conditions, I don't know much about the fit of the boots but I guess if they are a correct fit they shouldn't rub?

I haven't hunted in mine but I did a 15 mile sponsored ride a couple of months ago with my boy wearing his old mac G2's on his fronts with no problems.

I always put mens hiking socks on underneath to prevent rubbing.
