Has anybody had experience of Treadstone turnout rugs?

Hi, question as per title really! I've seen some pony size treadstone lightweight turnout rugs reduced at a local saddlery to seriously cheap prices but was wondering if anybody knows if these stay waterproof or are easily wrecked? I've not come across them before so don't know if they are really a bargain or not.

My friend sells them in her tack shop, they look really nice and good quality. As far as I know there have been no complaints!
