Has anyone actually had experience of using saddles direct?

I have bought a saddle from them and tried others - they were good and helpful with advice.

I have just spoken to them about part-exchanging a saddle I had, and they wouldn't buy it themselves (they are specific about the makes and models, they only take the ones that sell quickly and easily) but were willing to advertise it free if I bought something else from them. Otherwise you can just advertise a private sale on their website, not sure how much it costs. I expect if they bought it from you to sell on you would have to pay for the courier to send it to them, I don't expect there are other catches, as long as you describe it accurately. I have always found them to be honest and helpful, although (from a buyers perspective) I do think the saddles they sell are expensive compared with the same on Ebay.
 
Thanks for that, i inquired about selling an Albion K2 and they came back with a price they would buy it at, with some other minor costs. i just needed to know whether to trust them or not. Price wasn't too bad.
