Has anyone bought online from Robinsons?

If so, what's the service like etc? I need to buy some new boots and a new hat, would like to buy from a reputable place, which won't break the bank

Also need quick-ish delivery.

yup robinsons and ride-away. Robinsons are always quick to deliver, never had to return anything but sure being a reputable large company wouldn't be a prob

i've used them for yrs. first place i look for stuff! never had a problem. once sent back some faulty jodh boots, new pair sent straight away.

There are two Robinsons online for equestrian products. I am going to assume you mean this one. I've used them a fair bit and they have always been excellent. very fast delivery.

I had problems with them, and will not be ordering from them again.

Never had any trouble with them.

Apart from the one time I specifically needed my stuff quickly, so paid the extra for next day delivery. Several items turned out to be out of stock when they were listed as in stock on the website - I only had to wait an extra day or two, but it was annoying as I'd paid the extra and typically it was the things I needed that didn't come.

Not worth paying for express delivery IMO but otherwise can't fault them
